IPTV setup on any device
One playlist from your account works on a TV, a set-top box, a phone and a computer. Pick your device; setup usually takes five minutes.
What you need
- A Utgard TV account with an active package or the trial switched on. The 24-hour trial starts in your account with the “Activate” button, no card needed.
- Your playlist link. It lives in your account under “Playlist” and already contains your login and access code, so do not share it.
- An app for your device. The basic versions of the players we recommend are free; paid features of individual apps are optional.
No account yet? Create an account and start the trial: only an email is needed, no card.
How it works
- Pay for a package or start the trial in your account.
- Open “Playlist” and copy the universal M3U8 link. Files for Enigma2 and Spark receivers are on the same page.
- Paste the link into the app once. Channels, logos and the TV guide load by themselves and update automatically when your packages change.
Common setup questions
The playlist has one channel that says “Subscription not active”. That is what a playlist without an active package looks like. Pay for a package or start the trial, then refresh the playlist in the app.
Channels are listed but do not play. Check your internet speed: 5 Mbps is enough for HD, 4K needs about 25. Use a cable instead of weak Wi-Fi. Try another player: apps handle streams differently.
How many devices can watch at once. The number of simultaneous streams is chosen when you buy a package, up to five. The playlist itself can be added to any number of devices.
Do I need a separate TV guide. No, the EPG address is already embedded in the playlist. If an app asks for an EPG URL manually, enter http://epg.one/epg.xml.
If something still does not work after the guide, write to support and we will help with your specific device.
