How the check works

  • Every 5 minutes a technical account opens a batch of channels exactly the way a player does and waits for real video data.
  • A failed channel is re-checked at the next run; only a repeated failure is counted as an outage.
  • A package is marked “on air” when none of its channels is in confirmed outage. Under 3% of channels down is shown as minor issues.
  • If a channel does not work for you while this page shows it on air, the cause is usually the device, player or network: setup guides, support.
