What to include to get help faster

I paid but the channels did not appear. Access switches on within a few minutes after payment. Refresh the playlist in the app. If the list has one channel, “Subscription not active”, check in your account that the package is active.

How to start the trial. In your account press “Activate” in the trial block: 24 hours of viewing, no card needed. The trial is given once per account.

How to change or add a package. In your account under “Packages”. All packages go into one playlist, no need to reconfigure the app.

How many devices can I connect. The number of simultaneous streams is chosen when buying a package, up to five. The playlist can be added to any number of devices.

I want a refund. If the service does not work through our fault during the first 30 days and support could not fix it, the service guarantee applies. Write to the bot, we will check the channel on our side and process the refund.
