Terms of Service
Effective 6 September 2026. Service operator: Utgard LLC, registration number HE 439217, Arch. Makariou III, 155, Office 301, 3027 Limassol, Cyprus (“the Operator”, “we”). The Service is the tv.utgard.tv website, your account area and the related apps and playlists.
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
The Operator provides paid access to television channels over the internet: a playlist, an account area, an electronic programme guide, catch-up on some channels, and setup guides for devices. Access is granted for the period you pay for.
The channel list of every package is visible in your account before you buy. It can change: channels are added, and individual channels may disappear for reasons outside our control. This is not treated as a material change of terms as long as the package stays comparable in size.
The Service is provided as is, within its technical limits. We do not guarantee it will work on devices, firmware or networks that do not meet the requirements in our guides.
2. Your account
You need an account: an email address, a login and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for everything done under your account. If you learn that someone else has access, change the password immediately and tell support.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or act with the consent of a legal guardian, and that the email address you gave is valid: we send payment receipts, expiry notices and changes of terms to it.
One account is intended for one person or household. The number of simultaneous streams is limited by the screens included in your package.
3. Payment, term and renewal
Prices are shown in your account per 30 days and include any taxes the Operator is required to withhold. Payment is made in advance: you top up your account balance and activate packages from that balance.
Auto-renewal is switched on and off by you in the account area. With auto-renewal on, the balance is charged on the expiry date; if the balance is not enough, access pauses until you top up. There are no hidden charges and no paid subscriptions that start without your action.
Payment provider fees and cryptocurrency network fees are paid by the payer. Top-up bonuses, promotional credits and gift days are not money: they cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
Refunds are governed by a separate document — the service guarantee and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Free trial
A new customer is given one free trial for a limited period on a single screen. The trial is granted once per person, household and device. Attempts to obtain it again — through new accounts, a different address or a different device — are a breach of these terms and lead to refusal of the trial and blocking of the accounts involved.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:
- share your login, password or playlist link with anyone, or publish them anywhere;
- resell access unless you have a separate reseller agreement with us;
- retransmit, record for distribution, or publicly perform the stream you receive;
- circumvent the screen limit or use automation for bulk downloading;
- interfere with the Service, scan our infrastructure, or create load that harms other customers.
In case of a breach the Operator may suspend access immediately and without refunding the remaining period.
6. Content rights
The Operator is not the rights holder of the television channels and programmes and grants you no rights in them. All trademarks and names belong to their owners. What we provide is a technical access service.
If you are a rights holder and believe your rights are infringed through the Service, a separate procedure applies — our DMCA policy. Notices under it are handled as a priority.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time: switch auto-renewal off and let the packages expire. You can ask support to delete your account.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if payment is not made, if a payment is disputed with the bank (until the dispute is resolved), or where required by law or a competent authority. If we terminate access through no fault of yours, the unused paid period is compensated under the refund policy.
8. Liability
The Operator is responsible for the Service on its own side. We are not responsible for the quality of your internet connection, for third-party hardware and applications, for the actions of your internet provider, or for restrictions imposed in the country where you are.
Our liability is in any event limited to the amount you actually paid over the previous 30 days. This limitation does not apply where the law of your country of residence does not allow it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes — prices, the scope of the service, refund rules — are published on this page and take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication; we also notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new version. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and request a refund for the unused paid period.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, except where mandatory rules of your country of residence say otherwise. We first try to settle any dispute by correspondence: write to us and we reply within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
