Utgard TV in the Media Station X app

Media Station X: Utgard TV on Samsung, LG, and other TVs at one address

Media Station X is a free wrapper app available in the Samsung, LG, Android TV, Fire TV stores, as well as in browsers and on Windows. It is empty by itself: you enter your personal address from the Utgard TV cabinet, and the app loads our portal — channels grouped with logos and current programming, movies from the media library with posters and descriptions. No links, no files, no playlists: just one address.

What you will need

  • An Utgard TV account with an active package or a trial for 2 hours.
  • Your personal address from the “Media Station X” block in the “Playlist” section of the cabinet — it looks like 12345678.uttv.tv: eight digits and a domain.
  • A TV or set-top box with internet, preferably via cable.

Don't have an account yet? Create an account and enable the trial: only an email is needed, no card required.

The address is personal: it opens your subscription specifically. If it has been shared with others, click “Update Address” in the cabinet — the old one will stop working immediately.

Step 1. Install Media Station X

  • Samsung — Samsung Apps store (Tizen TVs; for older models from 2011–2014 on Orsay, the app is also available).
  • LG — LG Content Store (any version of webOS, as well as NetCast 2.0 and newer).
  • Android TV, Google TV, set-top boxes — Google Play.
  • Amazon Fire TV — Amazon store.
  • Computer — open https://msx.benzac.de in a browser (in Safari, videos play immediately; in Chrome, an extension for HLS may be required) or install the app from the Microsoft Store.

Step 2. Enter the address

  1. Open the app. On the first launch, it will prompt you to specify the start parameter; otherwise, go to “Settings” → “Start Parameter” → “Setup”.
  2. Enter the address from the cabinet — only digits and dots, without http:// — and confirm.
  3. The app will restart with the Utgard TV menu.

Step 3. What will appear

  • TV Channels — groups from your subscription, with channels inside showing logos and a note of what is currently airing; OK on the channel means live.
  • Movies — genres from the media library, posters, a card with a description in your language, tracks, and subtitles; the viewing position is remembered. This section appears if the media library is included in your subscription.
  • Help — your address and support contacts.

New packages and channels appear automatically: the menu is built from your subscription at each launch.

If something is not working

  • “Address not found”. Check the digits and dots. If you clicked “Update Address” in the cabinet, enter the new one.
  • “Subscription not active”. The package is unpaid or the trial is not enabled. Activate the package and reopen the app.
  • Channels are visible, but video is not playing. Check your internet: 5 Mbps is enough for HD, about 25 for 4K; connect the TV via cable.
  • No “Movies” section. The media library is not included in your subscription.
  • Media Station X is not in the TV store. In some regions and on very old models, the app is not available — then use the player from the instructions for Samsung and LG or login access on the set-top box.
